Privacy Policy — HundteC Audit

What the app is

HundteC Audit is a read-only mobile companion for organisations that use the HundteC Audit web service. It shows audit findings, runs and reports that already exist in your organisation's audit workspace. There is no public sign-up: an administrator of your organisation creates your audit account.

Data we process

• Your work e-mail address — used to identify your audit account and to send you a one-time sign-in code.
• Sign-in session — a token stored securely on your device so you stay signed in for up to 30 days, and a record of the device name and platform on our server.
• Audit data — findings, runs, reports and dashboard figures of the workspace(s) you are a member of, fetched from our server when you open a screen. Reports you open are cached temporarily on the device and can be shared by you.
• Report download log — which report you opened and when, kept for audit-trail purposes.

What we do not do

• No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no tracking across apps or websites.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
• We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Data is processed on servers operated for your organisation.

Retention and deletion

Sign-in codes expire after 5 minutes. Sessions expire after 30 days or when you sign out. Your audit account and its data are managed by your organisation's administrator in the HundteC Audit web service; ask them, or contact us, to delete your account.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Sign-in codes are stored hashed. The app can only read audit data; it cannot change findings, runs or reports.
